This template can be used to help the business identify and prioritize critical roles, procedures and assets that must be considered and put in place during a pandemic event (e.g., if a virus like COVID-19 were to spread more widely). It is designed to be used together with IANS' Business Impact Analysis Template to ensure all levels of business continuity and disaster preparedness have been accounted for.
