Security the Top Challenge for Canadian Companies’ Online Growth

Security is the top challenge to growing a business online in Canada, particularly for small and mid-size businesses. A third of business leaders across Canada (32%) said the top challenge was data protection and security. The lack of knowledge of internet technologies came in second place (25%), followed by the inability to hire and retain qualified personnel to manage the business’s online presence (24%).
