Technology companies were most frequently targeted by cyber attackers in 2017, with 51% of tech companies reporting experiencing a security incident or attack. Some 41 percent of financial services companies reported cyber incidents or attacks, and 31% of manufacturing companies reported they had been targeted by cyber attackers.
