Bug Bounties: Government, Tech Companies Have Highest Average Payouts

Government entities paid the highest average bounties to ethical hackers who discovered critical vulnerabilities, paying an average $3,892 per vulnerability discovered last year. Tech companies came in second place and paid an average of $3,635 for discovered critical vulnerabilities.
