74% of Women in Computer-Based Jobs Have Faced Discrimination at Work

Some three-quarters of women in computer jobs say they have experienced discrimination because of their gender, compared with 16% of men in these job. Further, a full 64 percent of women said they felt the need to prove themselves at work all or some of the time, while 42 percent said sexual harassment is a problem in their workplace.
