60% of Gov’t Agencies See Increase in IT Security Challenges When Modernizing IT

As government agencies work to modernize their IT infrastructure, this brings with it a number of IT security challenges as well. Overall, 60 percent of government decision-makers reported seeing an uptick in IT security challenges when modernizing their IT, while 25 percent said they see a decrease in challenges, with benefits including standardization and new equipment replacing legacy equipment.
